This week’s giveaway: Keurig K200 (red)
Canadians are crazy about coffee. In fact, we are #3 in the world for coffee consumption per capita. So, it’s only fitting that this week’s prize is a coffeemaker from Keurig® in a very patriotic shade of red.
Enter to win this prize!
Would you rather go green?
If you don’t win the red K200, fear not, Keurig has added an entire spectrum of colour to their offerings, including the new Keurig K15 in the Pantone colour of the year: Greenery!
We tested out the Keurig K15 Brewer and were extremely pleased with the results. The product comes ready to use right out of the box, just remove some of the packaging and tape and the brewer is ready to go.
Of course, the first thing that jumps out at you is the absolutely beautiful colour. It really adds that perfect pop of summertime to your kitchen.
The machine is extremely easy to use and comes with an instruction manual on good cleaning practices. Our favourite part about this brewer is the compact size. Since the brewer brews single cups and doesn’t have a bulky reservoir, it’s the perfect size for kitchens and offices with limited counter space.
Simply pour in 6, 8 or 10 oz of water into the brewer, pop in your favourite coffee and press brew. The coffee only takes about two to three minutes to heat the water and brew the coffee. The machine is fairly quiet as its brews the coffee. There is a water overflow basin which catches any extra water that you accidentally add to the measuring reservoir. This can be removed to fit some of your bigger mugs.
What we also love about the Keurig is the vast variety of flavours and brands of coffee that you can make with the machine. Starbucks, Tim Horton’s, Van Houtte and many other brands offer multiple different brews and flavours of K cups so you can enjoy different types of coffee every day of the week. You can also brew over ice to make an iced coffee or iced tea, perfect timing for the upcoming summer.
Overall, the Keurig K15 Brewer is great. The compact size is a huge benefit to this brewer and would recommend it to anyone looking for a brewer who has limited counter space.
