Eurofase Lightings Tribute to Design Open House

We were excited to be invited to Eurofase Lighting’s Tribute to Design open house this week to get a firsthand look at their new 2012 collection.

Our experience there can be summed up in one word: “Wow!”

Eurofase is a Toronto based company that has been around for over 30 years. They have also been credited with introducing new designs and technology to the North American market. Eurofase has a flair for contemporary designs that promote the use of new technologies, such as LED, halogen and compact fluorescent.

The open house had a little something for everyone, but it was made clear that Eurofase has a talent for creating contemporary and modern designs. If those styles aren’t your thing, don’t worry, Eurofase has more traditional lighting options as well.

After we picked our jaws off the floor we toured the showroom and snapped hundreds of pictures. Sadly, we cannot display all of them, however you can visit Eurofase’s own site and view their new 2012 catalogue online, but before you click off this page take a look at what they had on display at their glittering showroom.

We are told that this Cadena chain metal beauty is going to be very popular.  It’s gorgeous and you just can’t keep your fingers off the delicate chain links. It comes in different styles and shapes as well, but this one is our favorite.

Are you looking to give your significant other a little hint? Why not give them a Valente “diamond ring” light fixture?

This laser cut polished chrome chandelier is called the Ferro and it looks like a paper cut-out, but the faux flames and its sleek curves would make it a highlight in almost any contemporary dining space.

If clean and simple is more your thing then these fixtures might be for you. The sphere (Melody) and shade (Metropol) have fantastic texture and are subtle enough so as not to overwhelm a room.

The Prima Chandelier is a clever textured and strangely organic chandelier that has velvet shades and flexible branches! You can bend and flex the branches any way you like. And yes, those shades are soft to touch.

Mirrors and light have always had, at least to us, a magical relationship. Eurofase took it to another level by combining the two into one package. We just love the organic floral look they have created. These pieces are from the Relic series, and they will add light, space and style to any room they’re placed in.

We went gaga over the crystal chandeliers. There was a wide selection to choose from, in so many styles, shapes and colors that we were wishing we had a higher ceiling to hang them from!

These chandeliers were slightly more traditional than the other lighting fixtures on display, but no less gorgeous.
