A study conducted by the Real Estate Staging Association® shows 174 homeowners had their property on the market on average of 156 days prior to staging. Those same homes were staged and sold in an average of 42 days after staging ~ 73% less time on the market.

Staging is an investment in getting a house sold. Spending money to spruce up your home could garner many thousands more upon the sale.

Staging often raises the value of a property by transforming it into a welcoming, appealing, and attractive property. This creates greater mass appeal, which could mean multiple offers. Multiple offers can equate to a bidding war netting you a higher selling price.

When selling your home, real estate agents recognize that a staged home has a better chance of selling so it is shown more often, resulting in more prospective buyers viewing your property.
