ONYX features high wooden ceilings, an open-space concept and light-filled interiors that are the hallmark of Bonneville’s contemporary designs. The comfortable 1,575-square-foot layout (31’ x 62’) is perfectly fitted to foster moments of happiness.
Bonneville has integrated in its concept the world’s first smart hardwood floor PURE GENIUS from Lauzon. Surprising as it may seem, PURE GENIUS, improves indoor air quality of your home without compromising the quality and appearance of your hardwood flooring.
But ONYX’s crown jewel has to be the kitchen, which extends out toward the covered deck. The sliding countertop can double as a bar or an informal dining area. The roll-up glass doors and motorized solar panels create a delightfully cozy living area for added comfort and practicality. And to ensure every last nook and cranny of this homey bungalow is flooded with natural light, a full length textured-glass wall separates the bathroom from the hallway.
