    1.Very pleased customer

I woke up on one of these recent very cold mornings and I had no heat.. I called Ferdi at ABudget Heating & AC as they have serviced my furnace before and because I had no heat I was prioritized to the front of their service call list. In no time at all they had figured out what the problem was and had it completely fixed. The man was very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend there service to anyone in Toronto or other surrounding areas.

    2.Horrible Experience

I am writing this review to warn my fellow consumers about my negative experience with A Budget Heating & Air Conditioning Toronto 416-703-0571 and 416-703-1990. The way this business has mistreated me may be a useful warning to you. They have misled me about the services they claimed to offer, taken my money from me without providing promised services, and abandoned their unwanted appliance at my home while expecting me the consumer to assume the time, effort, and costs involved in disposing of their abandoned property. I am sorry I ever had anything to do with A Budget. In the summer of 2012 I contacted A Budget regarding their advertised service of seasonal rentals of window air conditioners. The first A.C. unit they brought had a damaged cord with exposed wiring. The replacement unit they brought was a large, old, commercial sized sleeve-style unit that could not operate with my apartment's electrical system. They refused to refund the credit card payment of over $300 I had made for appliance rental & servicing, and have refused to date (August 2014) to pick up their A.C. unit saying "it is not worth it to them". I was forced to pay on my own to have another contractor remove A Budget's unit from my apt. window and install a new working unit which I purchased through him. I feel like a cheated fool, and my only excuse is that I was fooled by A Budget having an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I am trying right now to convince the BBB to reduce the A+ rating to reflect the actual behaviour of A Budget. I believe what A Budget did amounts to consumer fraud. I hope my personal experience can help other consumers.
