Key issues, like quality and value are important factors to consider. I have been in the construction industry 28 years, starting with a shovel in hand at the age of 16. I worked my way through school completing courses in advanced carpentry and construction engineering. I am a licensed builder and carpenter in Ontario. At 22 years old, I was the project manager for a larger quality minded builder, a position normally held by much older people. I completed dozens of custom quality homes, all on time and on budget. Amanding Construction was established in 1990. Over the past 21 years in business, we have completed hundreds of projects in the GTA and Barrie area and achieved 95% customer satisfaction, which is much higher than the industry average of 66%.
