Beacon Environmental offers a full range of services related to all aspects of terrestrial and aquatic ecology, as well as agricultural impact assessments. These services range from large scale natural heritage planning and management to site-specific biological inventories, and also include construction and post-construction activities such as site inspection and monitoring. We offer these services to both private and public sector clients, and provide them both independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams. Beacon has experience in the assessment of woodlands, forests and treed areas in urban and rural settings, and is also provides related management planning for features identified for preservation. Our team includes a Certified Arborist to provide support on these projects. At a broader strategic level, Beacon Environmental has been involved in the development of comprehensive urban forest management plans for municipalities seeking to effectively manage their treed resources, and support stewardship of treed areas on private lands.
