EnviroPlus uses a push/pull method that works as follows: A truck mounted vacuum combined with compressed air is used to dislodge all foreign material accumulated in the system. An 8 to 10 inch flex hose is connected to the duct network at key points, creating suction throughout the system. All registers and grills are air blown clean, pushing dust down to the main duct. Supply ducting has a specially designed air rod system and brush pushed down each secondary run blowing and brushing all dirt to the main ducting. Return ducting has a specially designed air whip system pushed down each return air secondary run pushing all dirt to the main ducting. A reverse air whip and air snake are inserted in the main duct through one-inch access holes at key points pulling and pushing debris towards the suction point and out to the truck. Stubborn debris is dislodged by manual manual contact brushing. (rotary brushes) All mechanical components of the air handling unit are hand vacuumed and blown clean. One-inch plastic plugs are inserted in each access hole to seal the main duct Inspection will be performed to insure cleanliness of system.
