Geoff Wade and Mike Kuhn come from a background of construction that started 3 decades ago. They met doing projects in the Vancouver area. Combined, they have extensive experience in forming and wood framing. In 1992 they came together and formed Fourth-Rite Construction. Through the years the company has evolved to one of the most recognized construction companies in the lower mainland. We have a team of Superintendents who each hold an extremely efficient and knowledgable work crew. In 2010 George Corscadden and Dimitri Margaritis were brought on board to the business end of Fourth-Rite and were welcomed as Junior Partners.
