LeBlanc Contracting has been doing licensed and insured conracting, bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, additions and more in Niagara since 1999. I established this business after a six year career as a supervisor with a local home builder. Prior to that I had worked in many different areas of home renovation and construction. I was astonished by the widespread problems I was hearing and seeing in the industry: the lack of quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction. I heard horror stories from clients regarding their renovations and experiences with contractors. They never seemed to have a good experience. They told me about contractors not showing up, making promises they didn’t keep, timelines that weren’t met, extensive unexplained cost overruns and of other surprises that they didn’t expect.
