On the assembly line, all of the manufacturing steps are fine-tuned to the smallest detail, such as the solid tongue-and-groove, glued on screwed in sub-floor. An ethafoam seal gasket in installed between exterior walls and the sub-floor. Window frames are also insulated with a dual layer of continuous ethafoam rods.
