We have recently found bedbugs in our bedroom. Our landlord setup a treatment with Magical Pest and gave us their prep form. DIRECTLY FROM THEIR PREP FORM: Remove all items from the base of the closets and place in sealed bag. We did exactly that, anything from the BASE of the closet we removed. Exterminator comes and leaves saying that we didn't EMPTY the closet. I called Magical Pest and they said that removing items from base of the closet means empty the closet. I replied saying,"No, it means remove items from the BASE of the closet." The only thing they could say after is, "Yeah, it's bad wording but there's nothing we can do." Um... OK? So, that excuses you?
Got bed bugs a couple months ago. My landlord hired magical pest to come in and spray the place. Haven't had any issues since then. They were very professional and seemed to do a pretty thorough job. I really wish I hadn't got bed bugs at all, but I'm pretty happy with my overall experience with this company. They made a nightmarish situation manageable.
This summer we had a bee hive on our tree in front of our house, and we were very concerned about our kids getting stung. Magical Pest Control came and removed the nest very quickly and safely. After years of problems with ants around the house I decided to call Magical Pest and had Alex come out to the house to see if he can help. Not only did we get rid of the Ant problem Alex also helped with a squirrel problem in the roof. They found thehole in which the squirrels would come in during the winter and closed it up and we do not have a problem anymore. Thank you Magical! Thank you Alex!!
