Pioneer Fireplace is a locally owned and operated Specialty Hearth and Spa retailer serving central Vancouver Island since 1978. We have two lively and friendly showrooms with plenty of products on display and many of them in operation. We employ our own licensed and certified gas fitters and installers as well as wood burning specialists. We provide our own trained and certified service technicians. Our sales staff is comprised of people who are knowledgeable in all facets of our product offerings. It is our desire to match our customers to the products that best fit their needs. We also have in-field estimators who can come to your home and assess installation requirements for the particular appliance you have selected.
