Nothing but good things to say about Precision Appliance Repair. We bought a new Wolf range two years ago. in the fist 6 months we were having an intermittent electrical problem. Chris from Precision came to our home and worked with Wolf directly to replace ALL the electronics to insure the problem would be repaired. Less than a year later one of the replaced parts wouldn't stay closed. I called Wolf and they told me they "may" warranty the part, but I would have to pay all the labor. Chris came back and told me that wasn't fair. He said he would personally talk to Wolf and see what he could do. Somehow he got them to cover the whole bill. Fantastic service! I Previously had one of their technicians in to take a look at my gas range. The range came with the house when we bought it and there were no serial numbers on it. The technician knew this prior to coming. After he took a look it (I had to take a day off of work because they wouldn't give me a specific time of when they would show up, just anytime between 8-5pm), he informing me that he would get back to me with prices for parts. He never did. Almost 3 weeks later I called and they informed me that because the range didn't have serial numbers they wouldn't service it, or even give me part prices of numbers. The technician had done previous work on the range and knew this. After multiple calls, and speaking with the owner Ian (who would not call me back when he informed me that he would) I only got the run-around and they couldn't tell me what I actually paid for. In one instance I was told that Ian was very busy and it was hard to get ahold of him - this was after he didn't call me back. Plus, their quoted service charge was $45, but before he left my place charged me $95 because he had done "work" on it. As mentioned, what did I pay for?? No accountability, Consumer Beware!!!
