Paid $65,000 for full stucco job. The house was such a mess after they left that it took months of cleanup. Pictures to prove it. A month or so after, we had a fire caused by the fasteners installed near an exterior door which punctured an electrical line. The fire caused at least $50,000 of damage and nearly destroyed our brand new $30,000 kitchen. At least five hundred sq ft of oak hardwood was destroyed by the firefighting efforts.
David wanted $13,000 to repair the stucco damage caused by the fire. At this point, he still has not completed the job (still needs caulking to this day).
Five years later, the fascia has ripped apart and big sections of stucco are missing and David has not made any real attempt to do anything but blame us for the damage. And because it was allowed to freeze, the stucco has cracked above the foundation all around the house.
David has not honoured his 10 year warranty. His contract, like his word, are worth less than the paper it was written on. Extremely disreputable man.
